BFFs. How can this happen? Can it affect marriages—as in can FJ marry Anne or Prussia or Frederick marry a Bavarian sister? What effect could it possibly have on Austro-Prussian relations. FJ has power of course but Frederick does not—unless he can influence his uncle and then his father. Does Frederick oppose the rise of Bismarck. Does Prussia embark on a conservative alliance with Austria (as some politicians on Berlin advocated) or does Austria make an accommodation for Prussia (as no politicians in Vienna advocated)?
