Yes. Basically if the Brusilov Offensive is launched two months earlier, and subsequently Romania joins the Allies earlier, then Falkenhayn would have been sacked months before he was OTL.
Its hard to imagine any earlier than that, given how well 1915 turned out for the Central Powers.
