"Black conservative sex toy? I'll admit, Hillary, this isn't the first time I hear something like that. This year Vogue called me "the sexiest woman in the world" and my old boss in the army says "I'm the most baddass patriot since Rambo and Eisenhower had a baby". Hey, not that I'm complaining.
But dismissing a succesful black woman as a "sex toy" because she's attractive and on the "wrong" side? That is the peak of the Left's hipocrisy. America just saw your true face on live TV, and we americans don't like it when they treat us like dirt. Don't you agree, people?"
- Republican Presidential candidate Halle Berry
Republican candidate former Sergeant Halle Berry's response over to Hillary Clinton over in the debate for the 2016 Presidential Election of the United States. No relation to the actress of the same name, Berry was a prominent soldier during the campaigns in Afghanistan and Iraq. After being honorably discharged, she would end up as a model and political activist during the late 2000s and early 2010s before deciding to for president in 2016. Having beaten the various Republican candidates, including a close race in Donald Trump, she would end up over against Hillary Clinton. The response was over a scathing accusation over from Clinton regarding Berry's popularity as a "token" along with Berry's prominent Republican ties despite being a woman of color and dealing with troubles usually caused by Republican attacks on welfare.
The comment would become doubly impactful. First, it would lead to a surge of popularity over for Berry to becoming the first female president, barely beating out Clinton over for the 2016 election and becoming the first female president. However, this would be a pyrrhic victory as despite being a Republican, it did not clear all the issues. Indeed, it just seem to make them worse given the increasing fetishization and the like for women of color on the web. Additionally, for Berry's critique of Clinton being dismissive, she herself was critiqued for being silence on how other women of color in politics were being silenced by her own party. The Berry administration's attempts of rolling back welfare and the like did not go well with alot of people, as the repeal of Obamacare and Berry's stance on abortion would sink her popularity quite a bit along with losses. She would fail to replace Supreme Court Judge Anthony Kennedy because of losing the Senate troubles and controversial picks. Especially since by 2018, the Dems have retaken the House and strengthen their hold on the Senate.
However, the final straw was when Berry's Twitter was hacked and tweeted that would not be running for 2020 from frustration with her party. Due to Berry being on retreat, she was unaware of this until hours later, but by that point, the damage was done. A stream of rather misogynistic comments from Republicans along with a lack of support from her own party would cause Berry to crack. In mid-2019, she lashed out at her entire party for being absolutely incompetent over in a state of the union speech and even retaliating when another politican tried to push her off the stage. Many have noted the irony of the ordeal being a self-fulfilling prophecy as the hacker noted he wanted to see how many people would believe it as part of a social experient. Vice President Pence would assume power and become infamously known for having high unfavorability, especially in screwing up COVID during 2020. This would lead to the rise of Barbara Lee as the winner of the 2020 Democrat choice of Presidency with Bernie Sanders as her running mate.
Berry would later have a press release. Having gotten back to her military roots, she notes that she is not sorry for leaving the "shitstorm". When asked about politics, Berry notes the irony of Hillary Clinton having been not incorrect back in 2016. She was indeed fetishized by conservatives, especially those of color while feeling sidelined and marginalized by them. She notes that at the very least, the disespect she got from the left was because she earned it rather than it because she was a woman of color and how they were willing to meet her more than the GOP ever did. When asked about a return for politics, she has confirmed that she has joined the American Solidarity Party, noting America deserves a functioning party of conservative values rather than just a herd of reactionary hypocrites who don't know what they want. She's moderated alot on her previous stances, including gun control, while having founded an alternate to the NRA (with her noting that she never liked them, even when running as a Republican) and her ultimate ambition would be seeing the GOP no longer exist as a party by 2032. The American Solidarity Party has seen a resurgence, a combination of moderate Neo-Rockefellar Republicans from the north and conservatives of color from the south joining. Berry would praise President Barbara Lee for doing a better job in handling the BS, especially in a crisis, along with praising Sanders for being a better VP than Pence ever was.
"When President Kennedy was voted in, alot of folk were worried about his Cathoic influences. Of course, he was influenced, but we didn't expect that Democrat Kennedy would accidentally lead to the rise of a Christian Democracy party to replace the GOP or for Kennedy's magnum opus (tied with the moon landing), would be reforming America's voting system to match the Irish, that in proportional representation though STV in Congress and IRV fo the president."
