On the late 15th century the Bruneian fleet embarking to Tondo would sink to the bottom of the oceans never to be found again, that was to the land which is a Mandala of Majapahit and is loyal to the Majapahit, after the death of Bolkiah due to his fleet being sank the empire of brunei would decline.

Majapahit

In 1498, there was a turning point when Girindrawardhana was deposed by his vice regent, Udara. After this coup, the war between Demak and Daha receded, with some sources saying Raden Patah, Sultan of Demak, left Majapahit alone as his father had done before, while others said Udara agreed to become a vassal of Demak, even marrying Raden Patah's youngest daughter.

Meanwhile in the west, Malacca was captured by Portuguese in 1511. The delicate balance between Demak and Daha ended when Udara, seeing an opportunity to eliminate Demak, asked for Portuguese help in Malacca, forcing Demak to attack both Malacca and Daha under Adipati Yunus to end this alliance.

However, Demak sacking Trowulan that is too late as the Portuguese already have rights to the lands of Majapahit even after the capital of Majapahit was sacked by Demak and later the Portuguese would start to trade with the Mandalas of Majapahit including Celudao[1] and Timor which would fall under Portuguese rule after the death of Brawijaya VII, the Portuguese fleet would later reclaim Trowulan from Demak in 1530 after the death of Brawijaya VII.

Miguel Lopez de Legaspi

A chief of Bohol island named Catunao gave information to Miguel López about Cebu and accompanied López as a guide. López de Legazpi's expedition anchored off the Indianized Rajahnate of Cebu on February 13, 1565, but did not put ashore due to opposition from natives.

On February 22, 1565, the expedition reached the island of Samar and made a blood compact with Datu Urrao. The Spaniards then proceeded to Limasawa and were received by Datu Bankaw, then to Bohol, where they befriended Datu Sikatuna (Catunao) and Rajah Sigala. On March 16, 1565, López de Legazpi made a blood compact with Datu Sikatuna.

On April 27, 1565, the expedition returned to Cebu and landed there. Rajah Tupas challenged the Spaniards, but was overpowered. The Spaniards established a colony, naming the settlements "Villa del Santisimo Nombre de Jesús" (Town of the Most Holy Name of Jesus) after an image of Sto. Niño in one of the native houses.

In 1569, due to a scarcity of food provisions in Cebu, López de Legazpi transferred to Panay town on the island of Panay, where they were peacefully welcomed by the people in the Kedatuan of Madja-as. Subsequently, they founded a second settlement, then named Capiz and now the city of Roxas in Capiz province, located on the bank of the Panay River. In 1570, López de Legazpi sent Juan de Salcedo, his grandson who had arrived from Mexico in 1567, to Mindoro.

In 1570, having heard of the rich resources in Celudao, López de Legazpi dispatched Martín de Goiti to explore the northern region. Landing in Batangas with a force of 120 Spaniards, de Goiti explored the Pansipit River and would learn that Celudao is already a Portuguese colony.

On the death of Sebastian I of Portugal on 1578, Portuguese colonies including that of Celudao would fall Don Carlos which would mean that it would be in personal union after Don Carlos inherits Aragon and Castile but Portugal would remain its institutions, Celudao, Celebes and Eastern Sunda islands would retain its Pagan population but Portuguese Java would be catholic, as it is under the Portuguese not the Castillan crown and Visayas and the former Kingdom of Butuan would be under the Castilian crown.

Infante Carlos

The young Infante Carlos, Prince of Asturias was strong and healthy. He grew up proud and willful and, as a young adult. On 1568, he would marry Anne of Austria, a woman who is known to be culture and liberated and Infante Carlos would settle in Portugal after he inherited the crown on 1578 from his cousin Sebastian, both Anne of Austria and Don Carlos seem to work with each other well and they would have at least two surviving children, namely, Infante Fernando(June 2, 1573) and Infanta Maria(May 10, 1580).

He would have a problem with his father, but his inheritance of Portugal would make things better as he would have his own realm to rule on, even though the nobility of Portugal would not be fond of him.

Philip II

Philip II

Philip's third wife was Elisabeth of Valois, the eldest daughter of Henry II of France and Catherine de' Medici. The original ceremony was conducted by proxy (the Duke of Alba standing in for Philip) at Notre Dame prior to Elisabeth's departure from France. The actual ceremony was conducted in Guadalajara upon her arrival in Spain. During their marriage (1559–1568) they conceived five daughters and a son, though only two of the girls and his son survived. Elisabeth died a few hours after the birth of her last child. Their children were:

Infante Felipe (December 10, 1560)

Miscarried twin daughters (August 1564).

Isabella Clara Eugenia ( August 12, 1566 – 1 December 1633)

Catherine Michelle ( October 10, 1567 – 6 November 1597), married Charles Emmanuel I, Duke of Savoy, and had issue.

Francisico (October 3, 1568).

A return report

On 1570, Miguel Lopez De Legaspi would indeed find out that the north of the Islas de Filipinas is already a colony of Portugal and he would report it to Philip II by sending his delegates to Mexico. On 1578, on the ascenscion of his son Don Carlos to the Portuguese crown, he would ask that the Castillan crown would have rights over a part of Tondo itself in order to facilitate trade with the Chinese themselves and to facilitate the transfer of trade which his son, Carlos would oblige himself from that until he would assume the crown of Castile and Aragon.

Philip II would decide to remain silent about the issue of the Portuguese and Spanish conflict and focus on the issue of the Navarrese issue instead by having his daughter, Isabella Clara Eugenia married to Henry III of Navarre and for him set aside his first wife, Margaret whose marriage was unfruitful and was sent into a nunnery, and Henry III of Navarre is the presumptive heir to the French crown at this moment, while Catherine of Navarre the Younger would be forced to marry Philip II but with no bad consequences from her as she would be isolated in the court as she is married with her and he would advance his other son, Infante Felipe as the heir to Netherlands and Burgundy and he would negotiate later of his son, Francisco, rights to Brittany if the Valois go extinct.

Catherine of Navarre would give birth to a single son named Diego of Spain on June 2, 1582 even though the two would be apart for the most time.

Careful. This infante Felipe can be heir only of Netherlands. He has no right at all on Bohemia and is after all the descendants of Ferdinand I in the Austrian succession [the OTL Felipe III had pretty good rights on Bohemia and Hungary as all the sons of Maximilian II were childless and he was son of Maximilian‘s eldest daughter].
Also you have left OTL matches for Isabella and Catalina in the freepedia article in the precedent post

Henry III

Assasination

On August 1, 1589, Henry III lodged with his army at Saint-Cloud, and was preparing to attack Paris, when a young fanatical Dominican friar, Jacques Clément, carrying false papers, was granted access to deliver important documents to the king. The monk gave the king a bundle of papers and stated that he had a secret message to deliver. The king signalled for his attendants to step back for privacy, and Clément whispered in his ear while plunging a knife into his abdomen. Clément was then killed on the spot by the guards.

Henry III was interred at the Saint Denis Basilica. Childless, he was the longest-living of Henry II's sons to have become king and also the last of the Valois kings. Henry III of Navarre succeeded him as Henry IV, the first of the kings of the House of Bourbon who converted to Catholicism on 1580 upon marrying Isabella Clara Eugenia and the rights of Francis of Spain in Brittany upheld and he would be known as Francis IV of Brittany on 1589 with the support of Spain and Brittany is now independent again.
