DBWI: AHC: Authoritarian Communism

In our timeline, communism is known for a few things, one of them is its relentless and radical pursuit of democratic ideals across all aspects of society. Your challenge, should you accept it, would be to find a way for communism to be an authoritarian ideology instead.
 
Let Spartacist revolt fail in Germany and KDP evolve more radical direction. There is possible it becoming really authotarian and might still take power.

In other hand IIRC Russian revolutionary Vladimir Lenin supported more authotarian form of Communism but such thing is not possible in under-industrialised Russia. Communism never would suit there.
