Civil war started in china in 2002

so the pod is that the Sino-soviet split never happens and china and soviet union become very close to each other with economic and political ties but as the soviet union started to decline in 1980s china also started to decline and when the soviet union collapsed the Chinese economy completely collapses and the 90s for china is them desperately Trying to prevent a civil war or collapse of ccp and by 2002 when jiang zemin retires, china suffers a Succession crisis Which then turn into a civil war between multiple factions.

Interesting.
Which are the factions in China?
This world would be very different without the rise of China.
There are around 4 factions at the beginning of civil war
The Conservative CCP Faction which advocate for stalinst/maoist policies
The Roc which support a free and liberal democracy
the Socialist Faction which Reject communism and is a hybird between a dictatorship and Democracy
And the Militarist Fascist faction who are anti-communist anti-western and anti-democracy
