Challenge: Moroccan Spain

Here's an interesting one. With a POD after 1880, have at least a part of Spain be ruled by the Sultan of Morocco. At the very least, there must be some Spanish coastal enclaves ruled by Morocco.

2005. president Zapatero is required by sultan Mohammed V to cede ceuta, melilla and the canary islands. as a gesture of good will, just to show his peaceful nature, he cedes also granada and most of eastern andalucia. then he demands to be given the peace nobel price for his gesture.
