There was a novel from the fifties that was about a Soviet attempt to disrupt the North Atlantic Alliance and severely damage Britain, by planting a nuclear weapon in a ship and having it detonate during the Coronation Fleet Review. I have a copy of it in my house . . . somewhere. Does anyone else remember the book?
