Alternate titles for the President of the United States?

If we want the usage of Lord in any way, it has to be visibly detached from the aristocratic, hereditary context the once-Englishment knew, and instead affixed to the office itself and meaning lordship over the executive branch.

Technically that is not a constitutionally mandated position. So chief of staff would still work
Quick question: what would a female president be called? Since lots of the titles suggested here are quite masculine-coded....
I would assume just the female equivalent term, or the same if it doesn't have one.
Lady, Stewardess, Electress, etc.. Most titles are unisex.
