Pretty much exactly what the title says: make Indonesia much more powerful and prominent than it was IOTL. Bonus points for colonies.

Stronger Dutch nation state asserts more influence and interest in the region, adding additional SEA territory to the nation such as Eastern New Guinea and Malaysia, much better management of the colony in the education of the population, less exploitation and more self autonomy.

This will leave Indonesia with more territory and better infrastructure right off the bat post independence, likely better diplomatic reputation and closer ties to Europe. Allow Indonesia to follow an economic miracle similar to South Korea or China and you have a very plausible, modern great power on your hands.

Follow Coen's original plans and take OTL Malaysia (and perhaps Brunei) while expanding the spice monopoly. Push development of Ceylon and Myanmar while pushing exploration into New Guinea and perhaps New Zealand and northern Australia. Negotiate harder for much more to leave mainland India when the time comes.
