With any pod between 1965 and 1995, and can we get Hungary and Czechoslovakia under a single government? If all of Czechoslovakia is too asb than just transferring Slovakia is also fine. A communist government isn't required but considering the dates would be ideal. I'm not entirely sure how to do this but the idea sounds original enough.
