Seriously, though, the man has no way to appeal beyond black folks, and even then I don't know how much appeal he'd have vis-a-vis other urban black politicos. This also presumes he avoids scandal.
Not to mention that DC local politics is not a good way to get into national power.
Maybe a hilarious "DC Commune" scenario wherein he's declared President of America or somesuch by the insurgents. With a soundtrack provided by Parliament-Funkadelic.
