AHC: British marriage with France - under Victoia

Your challenge is to have one of Queen Victoria's children or grandchildren marry into the family of Emperor Napoleon III.

Bonus points if this leads to the survival of Napoleon III's France.

Napoleon and Victoria

Napoleon was in exile in England in late 1838 and well received in British society at the time. He was also a notorious womanizer. Suppose he had met the 18 year old Queen Victoria and charmed her into marriage?

The 1701 Act of Succession comes into effect:

all and every Person and Persons that then were or afterwards should be reconciled to or shall hold Communion with the See or Church of Rome or should professe the Popish Religion or marry a Papist should be excluded and are by that Act made for ever incapable to inherit possess or enjoy the Crown and Government of this Realm and Ireland and the Dominions thereunto belonging or any part of the same or to have use or exercise any regall Power Authority or Jurisdiction within the same

It's not impossible for this to happen: there were rumours that the Prince Imperial and Princess Beatrice were enamoured after they met in 1870, Though she cried when he was killed her letters suggest it wasn't much more than friendship, but a different set of circumstances might have led to a marriage and even a Napoleonic restoration.

But, poor France...

But wouldn't Victorianism immediately bring the revolution?

And more important, isn't it space bat for incompetent Nappy to stay because he showed he isn't up to running the nation? And a Nappy not even up to war - he lost in Mexico and too quickly to Prussia.
