AHC: British Brazil in 20th Century

The challenge is to transform Brazil into a British domain (such as Canada, Australia or New Zealand) from 1900, but keeping the two national languages in this timeline: Portuguese and English.

Bonus: Elizabeth II (Isabel I of Brazil) is the Empress of Brazil in this timeline.

Impossible, any British or English controlled Brazil will probably need at least an 18th century POD at the latest.

Kaiser K is right. There not be way that there could be British Brazil with 1900 POD. UK hadn't any reason to take Brazil on early 20th century and USA might too has something saying about issue.
