IOTL, Finland joined the Axis after the Winter War of 1939-40, your challenge,
if you choose to accept it, is to have Finland join the Allies. If you're the British
Prime Minister, or French President, whom would you send to Helsinki to convince Marshal Carl Mannerheim, the President of Finland, to join your fight
against the Axis?

That would never happen since the Finns felt betrayed by the western
powers.

It almost did happen during the winter war when France and UK toyed with the idea of sending troops through Narvik-Kiruna to support Finland. So if Finland can keep the Soviets at bay longer and Soviet become more of a treat to Scandinavia...

And it did happen during the Lappland war when, as part of the peace (or armastice?) treaty with the soviets agreed to throw out the German forces.

Finland joined the Axis powers purely because the Allies failed to provide any real support in the 1939/40 Winter War against the Soviets. Only volunteers were sent. Britain and France would need to send professional soldiers, aircraft and ships to Finland to deter a Russian attack. Or, an Allied victory in Norway in 1940 might restore Finland's confidence in Allied military power and also deter her from switching to the Axis by placing Allied forces at ther doorstep.
