AH Challange: Re-unite Korea

here's a challange for all you cold war buffs; create a TL where Korea is reunited (under any ideology) by 1975. The POD has to occur AFTER the korean war, however, a second one is ok. You get a golden star/extra credit if east-west relations improve in general in a peaceful way.

And leaves China weakened or with less freedom of action ?

Just have the Russians show up at the UN and vetoe any resolutions on North Korea. That should delay any alied force long enough for North Korea to goble up what remained of the South.

1. Korea not partitioned. One side gets all of it. Either side.
2. Korea partitioned but Sovs march south anyway. US get's something else and/or don't make a fuss about it.
