    One of my alternate Englishes used a modified theta to replace thorn. The lower case version dropped down like f and old long s, the upper case had a T replace the inner line/tittle.

    When I searched using Russian most links showed 1 2 stars mirroring the arms so it does make me wonder how deliberate the 2 1 versions are. Yes it's possible but I'm sceptical.

    Hmm looking at the flag history what about a red blue green tricolour gold bands over the divisions (sort of a 7 stripe: red yellow blue yellow green but the yellows thinner)?
