WI: Katherine of Aragon dies in 1503 giving birth to Arthur's posthumous son

So this is quite simple. Arthur Tudor marries Katherine of Aragon, but he dies half a year into their marriage. He leaves her pregnant, meaning the marriage is DEFINITELY consummated and she can't claim she was a virgin later on to marry Henry. However all this is moot, as she would die in childbirth giving birth to a healthy son at a young age.

What butterflies will result from this? Henry will not be king, but who will he and this new infant king marry?

Henry will marry some heiress (English, French or possibly Scottish) or a French junior princess: the most likely matches for him are Marguerite d’Angoûleme and Madeleine de la Tour d’Auvergne. Baby Henry/Arthur will likely marry one between Isabella of Austria, Isabella of Portugal and Beatrice of Portugal

Madeleine is a bit young for him, Marguerite is a better fit because she would be fertile earlier. Of course, this butterflies away Caterina de Medici, which is quite sad tbh...I would suggest also Anne of Navarre or Anne of Pomerania

Anne of Navarre was a dwarf and in any case Spain would not take risks with her. Madeleine is not too young and well connected, so if Louis XII and Louise of Savoy decided to use Marguerite elsewhere, she is a great choice as Duchess of York (and her being both a continental heiress and the cousin and sister-in-law to Albany is a big plus for Henry VII)

How, exactly, is Spain playing a role in this? Anne of N is being paired with Henry, not the new king

Why exactly would it be unlikely? Uncle becomes regent, nephew mysteriously vanishes inside tower, how is this any different from what would happen here?
Well frankly, unless there's some massive shift in his personality, I don't see young Henry trying to get rid of his nephew when he's young and full of optimism (he is not at all the same person as Richard) . Also, most of the daughters of Catherine of Navarre were held hostage by Ferdinand of Aragon as assurances of good behavior by Navarre and to prevent them from marrying anyone too dangerous for Castile and Aragon (hint, a very prominent French noble)
