WI: Bolivia never becomes landlocked

Bolivia used to have a coastline. However, after its defeat in the War of the Pacific, its window to the ocean was divided between Peru and Chile, leaving it landlocked.

What if this hadn't happened and Bolivia still had a coastline?

Hold up what. Last I checked Peru lost part of their coastline too

That is correct:

You could have Chile cede an itty bitty slice of the Peruvian acquisition to Bolivia.

Alternatively, you could just avoid the war as we know it OTL entirely. Have Chile and Bolivia gang up on Peru - Bolivia gets Peru's coastline and Chile gets Bolivia's. This was contemplated at one point OTL IIRC. One knock-on of this would be that Chile's situation is less precarious, meaning they don't have to acquiesce as much to Argentine demands in Patagonia.
