What would be the results?
Note: If your asking why I added more ships in some class is because I want the battle to be more interesting.
What tactics would both side used?

The High Seas Fleet will go down in a blaze of glory and take its fair share of British and American vessels down with them in a gallant effort, but to me the outcome is nonetheless certain: the US Navy and the Royal Navy win hands down.

This sort of thing has been wargamed to death

Ignoring extreme outliers the 'Deathride of the HSF' in 1918 is almost universally a shootex for the Entente forces (RN Grand fleet and US Squadrons)

In capital ships the Germans are severely out numbered and out gunned

In Crusiers - ditto and in DDs yep same!

OTL RN ships recorded the lowest sick rates of the war during the last months of the Great War as everyone was expecting one last big fight with the German fleet and did not want to miss it - this showed the high morale in the fleet at the time

The German fleet OTL by comparison mutinied

Many of the foibles the RN had suffered at Jutland had been addressed by 1918 (for example Correct Ammo Handling, signals and gunnery practice)

Oh and the scenario is certainly ASB as some of those vessels would not have been in service in 1919
