State/Colonial Development in a Galloway Plan Scenario

The Galloway Plan, which was a proposed plan of union between the American colonies was rather vague, and one thing that it didn't really specify was any sort of boundaries between the constituent colonies or more importantly, their western borders. Assuming that eventually the Proclamation line is repealed (I can't imagine the British can hold the Americans forever), how might the different colonies develop moving west?

I could imagine Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia would be more protective of their western land claims in a situation where they aren't trying to please smaller states like Maryland for the survival of the republic. I also know the British were at least considering a few other colonies at the time, such as Vandalia, Charlotiana, Transylvania, and New Wales (I think).
