It's a well known fact that the cradle of indian civilization is the indus valley civilization which stated out in the region which is known in the archeological world as Mehrgrah the inhabitants of which latter expanded to the southern indus valley and latter on migrated North and later eastward as the Gaggar hakra river dried up. .

Narashimha et al report of 2018 has tentatively shown that the inhabitants of the indus valley civilization were the product of intermixture between the AASI ( ancient ancestroal South Indians) and the Iranian Neolithic farmers and iranian copper age farmers while the latter were descendants of iranian Neolithic farmers and the farmers of levant but not Anatolia.

In this AHC instead of Mehrgrah being the sole cradle there will be three they are

Mehrgrah: in this challenge the iranian copper age farmers will be a result of intermixture amongst the farmers of levant, Mesopotamia, Anatolia and Caucus mountains and most importantly the iranian Neolithic farmers ,so you will have the genetic composition of ethnic group in the South of the indus valley having y chromosome haplogroup of I, J, L, G and E and on the Mithochondrial side there is haplogroup U5 and 8 , j1a, j1b, t, k1, r, v ( this is based upon the ethnic groups residing in the iranian plateau and the middle East at the time) .
These people will play an important role as they bring in various technology from the middle East with agriculture and the wheel being the most important. The people groups here push further south into the Western coasts and the Western Ghats rather than pushing northward as was the case in our time line. However a few migrate into present day Rajasthan. Later onQuite a few would settle down in modern day South western Afghanistan and Baluchistan and engage in mining of copper and tin ore which are the key components for making bronze.

This region will receive migrants from southern Siberian region and central Asia. They will settle down in the swat valley and will expand into present day kashmir and Punjab over a period of time.
These people will aquire the skills of agriculture from the inhabitants southern indus valley , these people unlike their counterparts in the southern part of the indus valley practice shifting cultivation while a significant minorities settle down in Punjab and kashmir.
The majority of the inhabitants in this region are the inhabitants of Central Asia who belong to y chromosome haplogroup And it's subclads C-M 48,Q-M 242, C-P 39, AND also haplogroup R1 ,proto finno uralic peoples with y chromosome haplogroup N is also found in the group.
While the mitochondria dna haplogroup and it's subclads are D4, c2, C-T195C, C4a1a4 , C4, B4 while a significant minority belonged to haplogroup X.
These migrations will come to an end by 1900 bc when the Indo iranian migrations begin.

Brahmaputra AND BENGAL
Here the proto sino Tibetan people resided . They later on came into contact with central Asia migrants. These groups later on came to dominate entire northern half of the subcontinent until the arrival of the Indo iranian people.

These aforementioned people groups migrants slowly into the subcontinent , the flow of people is steady beginning in and around 7000 Bc and ending in and around 100 Ad when the state authority begins to enforce stricter border control.
The early migrants in the North West, in the West and in the eastern part of the subcontinent gradually replace the original inhabitants of the subcontinent either by conflict or by increased birth rate or by intermixing or by combination of all of these. Of course these people will further intermix with the Indo iranian people such as the Indo Aryans, the Western iranian people, the Eastern iranian people.
By 2600 bc various pockets of civilization emerge in the subcontinent with the indus valley being the largest and by 2200 bc the civilization begins to turn inward and being to trade with the up and comming civilization and culture in the subcontinent there by avoiding the collpase and ensuring continuity.
In 1900 bc there will the Indo iranian migrations/ invasions which a topic for debate for another time and day
With these outlines what are the consequences on the present day subcontinent.
