just as the title say. i know this is near asb as we know how fanatic the afghan communist are. but we assume that an alternate world osman laden is an islamist instead of communist in our timeline. how different is our world, would it make islam in usa unfavorable just like leftism in our world ?

We wouldn't have had the Second Korean War which led to the occupation of North Korea and the reunification of the Korean Peninsula, for starters.
i mean, looking at what saddam did in our world, i think someday the nk would gain nuclear power. which is very bizarre.
NK did conduct a single successful nuclear test few month before the invasion. They couldn’t produce more before it was too late.
