The Listless Liberal Party: the 2023 Georgian federal election

Last time I checked Biden was still POTUS (or did I miss a bulletin?)

I would have thought, as someone reasoned here, that his activities in the 80s are rather detached from his current ones, and don’t count as current politics.

It seems noone has started any political arguments over his inclusion, which is the point of the ban on current politics, right?

This should be fine, shouldn’t it? (genuinely asking, and explaining why I came to the conclusion, not attacking u or anything)

Uh, can we get this in Oldspeak please?
I’m not OP but what I think happened is Big Brother either died or was assassinated in 1985, a power struggle occurred that saw both sides claim to be Big Brother. Patrick Taylor won but claimed to actually be Big Brother using a false face. He ruled for decades but a group revealed the truth years later (I think he died in this time but it’s not totally clear). This group was suppressed but the new government either found an exact double or used computer technology to recreate the original Big Brother’s likeness for propaganda purposes.

"Miritarifasuto" is literally "military first" but transliterated into Japanese rather than an actual Japanese word.
Japan with IRAA was officially a one party state. I can certainly understand the Communist Party existing underground but Liberal Democrats existing doesn't seem likely especially since they originated OTL from the unification of Democratic and Liberal Parties. A centre-right opposition party I could see but it being the LPD seems a little butterfly murdery.
Also that symbol next to LPD is the logo of the Japanese Government not that of the Party.

(Also 777 is named after 7th of July 1987 I presume? I kinda feel like Japanese would remember an event like this and reference it via the Japanese calendar/era, not Julian/Gregorian which would mean a different year number.)

Had another comment I thought of making but I have decided on not to do it in order to avoid a possibility of current politics.

Australia has Hungry Jacks, Argentina has Pumper Nic!
Pumper Nic BK.png

This infobox is that basically instead of Burger King suing Pumper Nic after they entered Argentina in 1989 due to it having a similar logo, Burger King decides to buy them out instead. They basically act similar to how Hungry Jack's in Australia operates.
