Alt-History Aftermath Scenarios Implied by Media

I'd be curious what kind of political clusterfuck would happen if CK Walker's Borrasca actually happened.
I've been trying to write a fanfic with that setting. In the end, we have Jimmy Prescott on death row, the Sheriff's Department declared a criminal enterprise and most of its members doing life for their roles in the kidnappings and murders, the town of Drisking basically abandoned after then trials, and numerous figures in the DOJ jailed for corruption for allowing the trafficking ring to operate.

My guess is that it would be seen in the same context as "Droopy Land" in Rick & Morty:

Inglorious Basterds basically depict the titular team of (mostly) Jewish American U.S. Army commandos and Shosanna Dreyfus killing Adolf Hitler, Joseph Goebbels and a couple of other Nazis at a theatre in Paris, France showing Stolz der Nation (The Nation's Pride in German). Since this would be a catastrophic and history changing assassination, not only would this accelerate the end of World War II and Nazi Germany but it would also give the 20 July plotters led by Claus von Stauffenberg and Ludwig Beck a major opportunity to overthrow the Nazi regime and replace it would a conservative authoritarian-nationalist military junta government assuming if the events of the movie took place before Operation Valkyrie.

It would also result in a different Cold War alignment in Europe with no East Germany and West Germany let alone an East Berlin and West Berlin.

I'd guess that the aftermath of Simon Pegg 's Hot Fuzz (2007), a British comedy movie and if letting aside the satirical side, then its aftermath plot easily could've become in a British political and media cluster fucker... Cause, I don't think that after that a citywide shootout and that as a result had been found out in a little English rural town of an Vigilant organization, that as implied/stated in the movie, could be active for a long time and be responsible for many 'accidents/suicides' that happened along the years in their city...

Johnny Test. A guy literally admits to blowing up Malaysia (Whether he means a large portion or the whole country is up to debate).
One way to interpret this is that he did a (series of) terrorist attack(s) in a Malaysian island. If that's the case (as it is on the Johnny Test Wiki), the most likely target is the Labuan Federal Territory.

Expect the Malaysians to be out for blood, America coming up with an explanation and chalk it up to extremism, and a deterioration of Malay-American relations. Malaysia would likely drift further into Chinese orbit.

Maybe he worked for a Lex Luthor type mad scientist and they did the plot from the first Superman movie there. Somehow a local supervillain threatned to sink the island unless a ransom was paid, they didn’t believe him and that cop pushed the button.

Here is one everyone forgot. Remember when G.I. Joe : A Real American Hero discovered a world wherein COBRA ruled the world:

The final season of Parks and Rec takes place in a slightly alternate world. Smart phones with hologram screens are common by 2017 among many other gags.
On a similar note 30 Rock has SNL replaced in NBC’s lineup by the comparatively poorly rated TGS with Tracey Jordan.

Jurassic Park's setting implied a lot of worldwide ramifications that Jurassic World has kind of ran with. The level of genetic power the JP-verse has implicitly means that there is no further risk of any species going extinct given cloning methods for millions of years-old DNA have been practically perfected. And of course, the ending of Jurassic World 2 has now caused dinosaurs to become an invasive species in California which should be great for the local humans and wildlife.
Video footage of t-rex stomping through a wildfire is probably going to be memorable.

Edit

Backlash when dinosaurs cause the fires

1)The Dark Knight Rises. A terrorist organisation managed to create a nuclear bomb and took over an entire american city for months.
Not only this would probably make the american government and public even more paranoid about the war on terror, but it would also have huge rsmifications regarding the use of nuclear energy.
Of course Batman's mere existence will have some truly weird repercussions on american society

2) The X-Men prequels (First Class-Days Of Future Past-Apocalypse-Dark Phoenix). I fell like the existence of superpowered individuals would significantly alter the course of the Cold War, especially after Apocalypse sent all the nukes of the world in space

3) The Marvel Universe. Tecnology is far more developed than OTL, they have at least two living proofs that nordic gods are real, there are multiple alien races operating on earth and magic is real.
I also wonder how human society was impacted by the events of Infinity War

Having saved Fort Knox and the space shuttle program (maybe) 9/11 would not have happened on James Bond's watch.

Edit:
And in James Bond world, Trump is at least a lackey for a major villain, so Trump would not have become or remained as president.

Actually, it is stated in Casino Royale that 9/11 did happen in Bond world, at least after the reboot.

Also, in what movie is Trump a villain lackey?

It might have been Trump who "dropped out" of Zorin's plan.
Nah, that's the Taiwanese Tycoon you're thinking of who gets "dropped" from the project. Aside from Zorin's hair and suit looking a bit Trump-y, there seems to be no-one involved who even remotely resembles him
.
Trump seemingly has no connection to the James Bond francise beyond owning the superyacht used by the villian in Never Say Never Again

Gypsy by Carter Scholz. An international secret society of scientists organize over the internet to collectively steal the supplies to kluge together a starship and run for alpha centauri. Including hundreds of fission bombs from a hijacked orbital missile silo as fuel.

He Walked Among Us by Norman Spinrad. A messianic cult founded by someone who's possibly a time traveling denizen of futurity gone back to intervene in our world to fix theirs (or possibly just insane) takes off in the modern world.

The Stand by Stephen King comes to mind since something like it is happening now, but not the same. By the end, Flagg's Jonestown in Vegas was nuked by God and people start ditching the Boulder Free Zone. They mention LA will get radiation from Vegas but Flagg had colonies in Portland and trying to restart the Yakima nuclear plant. King also mentions possible local Flagg demon leaders in Russia, China and Iran.
