AHC: Creating Kennedy Dynasty

Your challenge here is to get the most politically famous three Kennedy (John, Robert and Ted) elected as president at some point, noted you can only do this by democratic means, so no wacky scenario like American Juche is allowed, bonus if you can also get the following Kennedys to have successful political career:
Joseph Patrick Kennedy Jr (let say his WW2 death is butterflied away.)
John Kennedy Jr (same as above)
Caroline Kennedy (certainly can be more successful than she currently is)

I honestly doubt that Joe Jr would have been elected President. His vote against FDR at the 1940 Democratic convention would come back to haunt him, especially with Eleanor Roosevelt and the liberals who adored her. He was also known to not have been as compelling a public speaker as his brother. According to Frederik Logevall's 2020 biography of JFK, Joe Jr came to feel increasingly overshadowed by his younger brother during the war and felt that Jack - not him - would be the Kennedy to win the Presidency. Many speculate that the suicidal bombing mission that killed him occurred because Joe Jr wanted to reclaim the status of family favorite from Jack.

If RFK doesn't get assassinated in '68, and wins the nomination and the election, that probably butterflies away Chappaquiddick, since the brother of a president is likely to have a different itinerary than the brother of a non-president.

So, a living Bobby gets you a morally unsullied Teddy, for what that's worth.

Moreover, Ted and Mary Jo had met that night at a party held to honor the women who had worked on RFK's abortive presidential campaign. If RFK had lived, then regardless of whether he wins the election then those women would likely become his staffers in Washington - so that's where they would be working instead of Martha's Vineyard attending a party that would never have been held in this ATL.

I also imagine that Ted's increased drinking and self-destructive behavior in this period were due to the unwanted burdens of being the new patriarch of the Kennedy family, which would not have happened had RFK lived.
