Have Europe become Celtic. Preferly atleast everything what is within the red circle on the map below. Bonus if Maghreb and Anatolia is Celtic too. More expansion is also good and accepted. If you don't think you will be able to vank celtic enough, that is ok.

Bonus if a Indian style caste system is included

I imagine getting as far south as compania would be enough to neutralize an italic threat, and the greco-carthagenian world had little intrest or ability to do what rome did
