JRH : "Good day to you, Secretary of State"

CP : "I am in an important meeting right now, Ambassador. It must be important if you sent your employees running towards me to call you as soon as I could"
JRH : " Sir, are you aware if the President had planning for something...peculiar today? "
CP : "No...nothing that I might consider peculiar except [STATIC] but everybody we know of is perfectly aware the President can be a singular individual if inebriated"

JRH : " One of the employees that is with us now, he was... comunicating with his girlfriend and.... she said... she wasn't able to reach her parents in the East Coast"
CP : "So? That might happ..."
JRH : "Sir, we haven't been able to reach anyone in Washington, and many more areas between the capital and NY, meanwhile there are rumours of towns and more without electricity between the two cities, we tried also other government officials but we can't reach any of them at the moment. "
