Fábrica Nacional de Relógios, Reguladora, S. A. or simply Reguladora is a watch and clock manufacturing company, based in Famalicão, Portuguese Federation. Founded in 1892, Reguladora is the oldest watch manufacturing company in the Iberian Peninsula.

Reguladora produces four ranges of watches: column clocks, table clocks, wall clocks and wristwatches (including pocket watches).

Reguladora was founded in 1892 in Famalicão, by José Gomes Carvalho.

Beginning production with mechanical wall and table clocks, Reguladora expanded its range of products in the 1940s, with column clocks and alarm clocks.

In the 1952 the company was bought by new investors and a new and larger factory was established in the city of Diu.

During the 1950s and 1960s Reguladora became to principle clock manufacturer throughout the Federation and expanded into Brazil and Lusitania Commonwealth. Reguladora clocks were practically in every school, business and used a standard for transportation.

In 1966 Reguladora unveiled the quartz watch and by 1969 was producing both quartz watches for industry and wristwatches.

In the 1970s its line of wristwatches expanded, with Reguladora introducing its Digital LCD wristwatch. Two lines Flores and Marques were introduced. The Marques 55C and Flores 24 models were the first wristwatches for under 100 escudos. The watches were so popular that Reguladora had trouble supplying the demand. In 1980 a 3rd factory in Bahia Brazil was started to meet the demand.

Today Reguladora is the largest watch and clock manufacturer in the Federation and its products are sold in over 100 countries worldwide.
