France (Hitler's Mediterranean Strategy)
This France was occupied completely in March 1944, when Petain didn't want to fight together with Germany. Corsica was liberated by the US and Britain in fall 1944. In June 1945, one year later than OTL, they started D-day and liberated the Normandy. German troops left the rest of France after the coup of the Wehrmacht generals against Hitler. France later became a founding member of TTL EEC.
