A member hailing from Germany. His political views are a bit diversed, given that he's economically on the centre-left, while being on the centre-right on social issues. Even then, he stills holds diverse opinions in these branches. For example he's in favour of gay marriage, but rejects abortion. Mostly, PAB is a centrist, who prefers realpolitik over being a stubborn ideologist.

He also achieved the rare feat of getting kicked twice over the same issue, in the same thread. Luckily, he has avoided the third strike so far for some time.
