Being from the [[Sudan]], i.e. Sudanese. A [[running jokes|running joke]] that developed after a drunk [[Fellatio Nelson]] asked [[Floid]] 'Floid Floid! are yuo sudanases?'

Since then, the word has been used in a variety of contexts.
