Formerly a lurker on [[offtopic:soc.history.what-if]], Neopeius moved to alternatehistory.com some time in the mid 2000s.  He was a long-time lurker there, too, until he decided to give back to the community with his ongoing timeline.

Neopeius is a published space historian and member of the American Astronautical Society History Committee.  He maintains a website devoted to the Space Technology Laboratories-managed space shots from 1957-1961 (Pioneers 0-2, Explorer 6, Atlas Able, Pioneer 5) at [[http://www.sdfo.org/stl/|The on-line STL Archive]]

Along with [[offtopic:truth_is_life]] and [[offtopic:e_of_pi]], he makes up the triumvirate of AH space authorities, who will generally make an appearance in any AH space-focused thread.
