Jared's third timeline.  Created as a spin-off from [[Hendryk]]'s [[timelines:superpower_empire_china_1912|Superpower Empire China 1912]] timeline.  Features a world where the power of the oceans is more than just a metaphor; an earlier development of OTEC technology leads to a rather different slant on environmentalism and sustainability.  Has not yet featured airships.
