The Campaign Trail Game Has Returned.

Wow, strangely, all 518 votes for Nader in mine came from North Carolina.

WI:George W. Bush marries Patti Reagan

And I know that George W. Bush did go on a date with Nixon's older daughter as well. It didn't go very well.

    1992 without NAFTA?

If I had to guess is that the election probably wouldn't change too much, since Perot took about evenly from both candidates, I think 38% of his votes would have gone to Clinton, 38% to Bush, and the rest would have stayed home. I think Bush might do a little better, I think he could win Georgia...

    France strikes first

From what I have gathered, France could not attack Germany at this point, even if they wanted to. Because of the declining birth rates after WW1, they could only defend against Germany, even if Britain had enough troops, France could still not attack. They hoped that the defensive line they had...

    Was WW1 overdetermined?

I think that WW1 was going to happen eventually after the Franco-Prussian War, because the French were most likely to go after Alsace-Lorranie eventually, maybe not in 1914, but it was bound to happen, also I think that the scramble for Africa also sped up the process, since now, all of the big...

WI: Chris McDaniel wins GOP primary

WI: Chris McDaniel is able to knock off Thad Cochran in the 2014 Mississippi GOP primary runoff. Does this mean that Travis Childers finally has a chance in the race. Does the Tea party get more momentum form this victory nationwide, how about Cochran, does he back McDaniel or does he go rouge...

When did South Korea(and US) reach tipping point for winning a "Second Korean War"?

Because they already could beat just NK in the Korean war and without the communist countries entering (Soviet Union and China) plus I doubt that since Vietnam was in trouble, they would let Korea fall as well. Although I believe that they could have done it (and well already did) in 1950/1951.

What would you want in Victoria 3?

I think they should fix the tariff system, I mean if your protectionist, then you can put it up all the way to 100%, and when I played, there was no negative repercussions, I would think that there could be just a certain percentage and they would stop trading with you. An example of this could...

The Ruins of an American Party System: From 1920 Onward

Poor Herbert Hoover, he just can never catch a break, no matter what TL (yeah there is most likely some TL where he is more successful)

Who had a more difficult presidency: George W. Bush or Ronald Reagan

In my opinion, I think it's Bush, but some, if not most of his problems were his fault. Such as Iraq, which would affect his presidency later, were as Ronald Reagan had created some problems, like arming the Mujaheddin or Reaganomics, which would come back to bite the US later, after his presidency.
