  1. If Practicable: The Confederacy wins at Gettysburg.

I think it'd work if Lee decided to stay put at Gettysburg or nearby, waiting for the Union to attack while taking supplies from the North and spreading chaos. Even with such a minor victory, staying on Northern soil unchallenged would be a huge success for the South
  2. To the Victor, Go the Spoils (Redux): A Plausible Central Powers Victory

It's why I'm such a fan of The Guns of the South. Confederates with AK-47s will never not be fun to me
  3. If Practicable: The Confederacy wins at Gettysburg.

A Confederate TL? Consider me subscribed
  4. Der Kampf: The Rise and Fall of the Austrian Führer

All of this is seriously exciting. Can't wait to see this Austria in action. Hopefully they have at least one impressive victory, like Germany's against France, before everything goes to hell for them
  5. Der Kampf: The Rise and Fall of the Austrian Führer

Looking forward to the next chapter. Also, tell me about your fantasy novel, I'm starting one myself and could use some pointers on writing the genre
  6. A New Spectre of Europe - A Surviving Paris Commune Timeline

Great to have this back, looking forward to the changes from the old one. I remember one specific part with Germany that was terrifying
  7. Galaxias by Baxter, literally chilling to read. There will be spoilers, probably.

Hadn't heard of this one. Description sounds terrifying, I'll definitely be getting it when it comes out
  8. To Anticipate Error: A Decisive Red River Campaign & Beyond

Oh man, that's a good book. I should read it again soon
  9. Wrapped in Flames: The Great American War and Beyond

Have you read Robert Conroy's 1862? The man had a lot of fun AH novels, but that one was just terrible
  10. REDUX: Place In The Sun: What If Italy Joined The Central Powers?

I second this, an inarguable Italian victory would be really cool
  11. REDUX: Place In The Sun: What If Italy Joined The Central Powers?

Now I kind of miss the old trope where a CP victory always involved a second Mexican-American War
  12. Wrapped in Flames: The Great American War and Beyond

Really good chapter. It'll be interesting to see a northern army that properly took its time to organize and use every tool at its disposal. The George Sharpe gave me PTSD from that awful Tsouras book where the man is basically clairvoyant lol Also interesting is how the Confederates are in such...
  13. Der Kampf: The Rise and Fall of the Austrian Führer

What are the odds? The day I come back from my AH hiatus one of my favorite TLs comes back too
  14. Der Kampf: The Rise and Fall of the Austrian Führer

So this Hitler is gonna be the opposite of real Hitler. If I remember correctly, during Barbarossa the generals wanted to "befriend" the locals to use as labor and whatnot, but Hitler told them to eliminate everyone, leading to the eventual lack of food because nobody was left to properly farm...
  15. Wrapped in Flames: The Great American War and Beyond

That would be an interesting TL, where the wqr drags long enough for the US to resort to that and, absolutely worst case scenario, arm the soldiers with spears like the Japanese did when the home islands invasion was expected
  16. Place In the Sun: What If Italy Joined the Central Powers? (1.0)

That is a happy accident. It flows too perfectly
  17. Place In the Sun: What If Italy Joined the Central Powers? (1.0)

Good to have you back man. I love your writing style, and since you're into TL-191 I'd love to see you tackle something like "The Presbyterian Butcher: A History of the Presidency of Gordon McSweeney", where the South wins the Great War (as the original story seemed to be headed before...
  18. Der Kampf: The Rise and Fall of the Austrian Führer

I think it can be done. "Fox at the Front" did it and it was pretty plausible, and even Robert Conroy pulled it off somewhat convincingly. Granted, it wasn't against Germany but a saner Hitler could drag the war out enough to get at least one bomb. I'll admit, I'm a fan of the "atomic bomb in...
