Yes it is. Just voting in the primaries and conventions. Also, Fleetlord takes a dim view of PCs, which after some of the trouble we had in my game is understandable. But, he does encourage behind the scenes players who push IOTL candidates as I did with Eleanor Roosevelt earlier in his game.
