    WI around 2002, Saddam announced that Iraq had nuclear weapons and would not hesitate to use them defensively?     Is there any possibility for Germany to be broken up following WW1? Something like split into smaller countries like Bavaria Prussia etc. How likely is it that there is a serious movement to reunify?

    i don't know very much about that part of US history, but could the CSA have adopted the articles of confederation instead of their own constitution? and yes i did only ask this because they both have confederation.

  9. WI Roman empire doesn't split?

    While there were multiple splits in the Roman empire, only one lasted which was the split in 330 AD, which created the eastern and western Roman empires. What if this split never occurred?
