    Compiled a list of the duplicates in the current DCSR. Most glaring is that the ROC, Western Sahara and Niger all have the same color.

    That is Snake Island, not K Island. K Island is actually a barrier island so close to the shore as to make its inclusion in the QBAM irrelevant. Snake Island is so small it should be irrelevant as well, I just decided to include it because it's rather famous now due to the war.
