Jewish Bde WI

During WWII the British Mandate authorities in Palestine, due to fears re Arab antagonism over cont'd Jewish immigration and the desire to discourage any further Jewish armed assertiveness, only belatedly authorised the training and deployment of YISHUV combat forces in the form of the Jewish Bde deployed in late 1944 as part of 8th Army in Italy and a few hundred members of the HAGANAH and PALMACH trained as commandos (some of whom IIRC were parachuted unsuccessfully into Poland and Hungary to assist local Jewish resistance groups, but were caught and wiped out by Nazi security forces). Now, WI the British had somehow seen that it would've been in their better interests to arm and train Palestine's Jewish fighting men from the start, esp seeing their potential unquestioned value to the fight against Hitler (with the anomalous exception of the Stern gang, who actually offered their services to the Axis in order to undermine the British forces in Palestine) and the widespread duplicity of the Arabs ? How much better would the YISHUV's sitn have been post-1945 with more and better-trained manpower to add to the HAGANAH, PALMACH and other Jewish groups ? Could a systematic military training program to create more and larger Jewish combat formations from say 1941-42 have also facilitated the development of well-trained operatives who could've conducted thorough Nazi-hunting sweeps on a much larger scale than MOSSAD achieved OTL ?
