Greater Israeli adventurism and ethnic homelands

This would require PODs all around, but what if Israel did more to destabilize its neighbors?

There's already rumors that Mossad supplies arms to Kurdish peshmerga. The Kurds and Jews have some common cause in that they both have precarious homelands and are generally hated by almost everybody else around them.

What if Israel supported other homeland movements? Say the Druze, the Assyrians, and the Maronites. I'm pretty sure that's it as far as ethnic groups big enough to be supported and potentially pro-Israeli go.

The Maronites were the dominant political force in Lebanon for years--unless the Shi'a, Druze, and Sunni team up and overturn their rule, they won't need their own homeland.

The Druze homeland would be in Lebanon, so unless the Israelis try to break up Lebanon (why?), that might not happen.

The Assyrians are often picked on by the Kurds, and they occupy a lot of the same land. If the Israelis start backing them both, that could get tricky.
