Dr. No

I voted for the absolute beginner. Don't get me wrong, Zaius and Reagant, but I needed something new. And while New Israel in the Caribbean sounds wrong on so many levels, I like the New Italy in North America.
 

Pragmatic Progressive

I considered voting for CourageousLife, too, so this can be seen as an endorsement of your map, but in the end, I think Joey's "earlier Morgenthau" was best and it thus got my vote.
