Is there a World Bam of 1914, too? (Maybe even with subdivisions?)

Wouldn't it be better to use Qazaq's "cleaned up" 1-pixel thick border version of that base map?

It would, but Q only provided it one time. and all other maps have been adaptations of his MPTBV-QBAM. I have been the one that has been keeping track of the 1 pixel thick margin, and deleting un-necessary pixels where necessary (ocean boundaries and such). On this map it is difficult to even manage that. So i will do the best i can with it.

I have posted my cleaned up version of my World BAM again, for anyone who wants to use it, and it can be found in the Blank Map Thread, for I have just posted it there.

Thanks Q, I was trying a new colour scheme on your World BAM the other day and I could only find the version without cleaned-up borders.

@Ski,
I went ahead and made some corrections to your 1935 World BAM. I have readjusted the disputed areas in South America, and made corrections to the border of Italian Libya, and fixed the SSR borders in the USSR, namely the borders of Turkmen SSR, and the Uzbek SSR, which was actually a bit more truncated than you have shown it. Tweaked the border between East Prussia and Poland, and also added in Walvis Bay which you have left out. Also I have merged Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia, because in 1935, they were still joined together as the Transcaucasian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (TSFSR) until 1936.

Thanks, man. I did save a copy of your 1914 World BAM so I can make some corrections on it, and basically finish it up.

This 2 map animations might help as sources for the middle east in the 1914 map.

1930 BAM

Here is my attempt at the world in 1930, but I was unsure how to represent parts of China. Let me explain the situation. The solid green is the ROC directly controlled (including Yunnan province which was autonomous shown with white border). The green with white outline is the Ma Clique allied with the ROC and by the mid-1930s was heavily influenced by the KMT. Manchuria or the Fengtian clique, whose leader had pledge allegiance to the ROC and also its military too so I included it within the ROC with a white internal border. The Sichuan clique was effectively independent from the ROC until the mid-1930s so I have shown its with green outline as too with Xinjiang and Tibet. So if anyone knows how to put this in UCS please correct it for please. Thanks. So here is the map.

Erm slight problem with my 1930 map. Could anyone do the historical boundaries for China (maybe the ROC administrative boundaries) since this would help a great deal with Q-BAMs for the 1920s and 1930s. Thanks in advance

whats with the borders of in the Dutch East Indies. they are nothing like reality and the local princes were never powerful enough to merit equivalent status to the indian princely states

And here it is, finally finished, and having the colour-coded borders as well. I will combine it with the New England map and post it here later on.

Does anybody know of a paleogeography site that provides Robinson-projection maps of the Mesozoic and Cenozoic? The only sites I've found provide Mollweide projection maps, and those don't mesh well with the maps we've got here already.
