WI: Resurgent Macedonia

What would be needed and what would be the consequences of a resurgent Macedonia?

POD is between 300BCE-146BCE.

Ideally the resurgent Macedonia would control all of Greece, some of the Adriatic and be a major rival to Rome.

It's very difficult for this 'resurgence' to last more than a hundred years before they get curbstomped by the Romans.

Not very likely unless Rome fouls up in the Second Punic War.
