Exactly. The only issue I've found with my Bolivia colour is that it clashes with Peru slightly if you try and put them together, but no more so than Sweden/Finland or Britain/Netherlands.
Well Peru and Bolivia actually make sense being similar but different shades of red, given they were united, atleast.
