Internationalist America

US joins the League of Nations, 1920, and decides to pursue an involved, internationalist policy for the future. Isolationism never becomes prominent after WWI. Consequences?

Anti-League folks feared the US would have to send troops to put down Irish and other anti-colonial uprisings and the like--the "preserving existing boundaries" clause.

There was a scenario just like this, where the US joins the League and makes it stronger. As a result, WW2 doesn't happen, because bullies like Hitler, Hirohito, and Stalin, know that they can't just take what they want wherever they want. I can't remember the other outcomes.
