Which continent had more wars until today?

This as nothing to do with Alternate History, but I was debating with a friend and came this question. If anyone can help on this, I would apreciate.
 
It's the old question of how do you define a war? Is it size? Many of the wars in ancient Europe probably wouldn't qualify as wars in that case. Is it legal? Or what? If you mean a continual series of hostilities, I'd have said Asia, especially the steppe areas.
 
Europe, no doubt. Feudalism brought an enormous quantity of continuous warfare for limited territories, which ended in establishing Western military technology as #1 in the world.
