Does anyone know if The second Civil War by Benjamin Stein has ever been anthologized? If the title doesn't ring any bells its a short story written as if it were the diary of a tank crewman during a civil war set in 1970s/1980s between the (US)north/east and south/west. Any help would be appreciated.

Texas-Israeli War?

There was the Texas-Israeli War book. Some Israeli mercenary tankers are involved in kidnapping the US president back from his Texas kidnappers because his vice president is a real scumbag.
