Here is a question/alternate history challenge (sort of)/;
How could Prussia retain or regain most but not all of her Polish gains from the 1793 carve up? I am envisioning Prussia somehow getting back South Prussia and New Silesia, but not New East Prussia, as somehow that seems like a little too unlikely. I am guessing a starting point would be a different settlement of the post - Napoleonic wars, but I want Prussia to be able to keep the Ruhr.
