Russia, Poland, and Prussia

Here is a question/alternate history challenge (sort of)/;

How could Prussia retain or regain most but not all of her Polish gains from the 1793 carve up? I am envisioning Prussia somehow getting back South Prussia and New Silesia, but not New East Prussia, as somehow that seems like a little too unlikely. I am guessing a starting point would be a different settlement of the post - Napoleonic wars, but I want Prussia to be able to keep the Ruhr. Maybe Austria gets Silesia sometime during the Napolenonic Wars and gets to keep it since it is a major member of the final anti-French coalition.

I'm not sure about the Silesia - thing. Perhaps the Prussians prove to be more effective/valuable to victory over Nappy? Or, another possibility I considered, what about a scenario where Russia is unable to contain the Poles in the 1863 Uprising? I guess that would have to be much more popular and widespread, but I could see things developing as a result of indignation over attempts at Russification and compulsory service in the Army. In this case Prussia intervenes to prevent any danger of the insurrection from spreading, and Russia agrees to a new split of Congress Poland?

For Prussia to regain it you'd need the Russians to do worse against Napoleon as Russian control over most of "congress Poland" was cemented in 1813. You're best bet is probably to avoid the Treaty of Tilsit to begin with and have Prussia maintain control over those territories. Keeping Prussia out of the 4th coalition would be a good starting place, it wouldn't be too hard to do so considering how bizarrely stupid their decision to make war on France then was.
