What PoD would be required to swap America and Europe?

As the title says, what PoD would be required to swap the histories of America and Europe, so America achieves civilisation first, crosses the Atlantic and colonises Europe, in reverse to OTL?

Modern Homo sapiens doesn't take 180K years to eventually reach N. America and gets there considerably earlier? Maybe nature nerfs humanity in the Old World, allowing the survivors in the New World to carry on. ASB-ish, I know...

It's really unlikely, given that humans first came about in Africa, on the opposite side of the earth from the Americas, and were only able to reach the Americas by crossing the entirety of Asia. Maybe not ASB, but pretty close.

I know Jared Diamond has his detractors on this site, but reading "Guns, Germs, and Steel" should provide you a decent answer on the difficulties that this scenario would have to deal with.

A PoD that involves no Sumer, Egypt, Mohenjo-Daro or any other early
civilization in Africa or Eurasia, at least not in North Africa or The Middle East.
